These classes are open to every body, at every stage — no experience needed.
The only people these classes aren’t suitable for are those who are currently pregnant

or up to 4 month post-natal.
Prefer something more personal? Private one-on-one sessions are available by request.

Weekly Yin Yoga

A slow, grounding 90-minute practice that invites you to step out of “doing” mode and into a deeper relationship with your body.

​

In these classes we move slowly and stay close to the floor, holding shapes for time so the body can open in its own way. You’ll be guided to breathe, feel, and listen — releasing tension while calming the nervous system.

​

Yin is gentle in pace, but it can be surprisingly intense in sensation. It asks you to stay present with what you feel, to soften around edges, and to meet yourself honestly. There is no pushing or striving — just the practice of being with what arises.

​

This class is ideal if you’re craving depth, stillness, and a space to unwind while exploring the quieter (and sometimes more challenging) layers of your body and mind.

Unwind – Myofascial Release

A slow, focused one-hour practice that works directly with the body’s connective tissue.

In this class we use massage balls, yoga blocks, and straps to explore self myofascial release in a simple, supported way. There is no Yin or traditional yoga — just intentional, grounded bodywork.

​

Unwind is gentle in pace, but can be strong in sensation. You’ll be invited to stay present with what you feel, soften where you can, and allow the body to release in its own time.

​

It’s an ideal complement to any other training — whether you run, lift, surf, cycle, garden, or sit at a desk. This work helps restore mobility, improve movement quality, and support recovery, making everything else you do in your body feel easier.

3 Hour Yin Journey

A deeply immersive Yin experience for those times when a regular class simply isn’t enough.

 

The 3 Hour Yin Journey offers extended space to slow right down — physically, mentally, and emotionally. With long, supported holds and generous pauses between poses, the body is given time to unwind at layers that shorter classes can’t always reach. This is where the deeper listening happens.

​

These journeys invite you out of everyday momentum and into a quieter rhythm. They can be profoundly restorative, sometimes challenging, and often unexpectedly revealing. It’s a practice of staying, feeling, and allowing — without rushing to the next thing.

​

Each journey is held as a small, intimate gathering and finishes with tea and homemade treats, giving you time to re-emerge gently before stepping back into the world.

Weekend MyoYin Workshops

Monthly two-hour workshops to explore your body in a deeper, more curious way.

​

MyoYin blends self myofascial release with the slow, meditative stretches of Yin Yoga. Using massage balls, blocks, and straps, we work directly with the fascia, then allow that work to integrate through longer Yin shapes.

​

Each workshop focuses on a specific area or theme, giving you time to feel, understand, and unwind long-held tension. You’ll learn practical techniques you can take home.

​

MyoYin can be physically strong, quietly emotional, and deeply revealing — perfect if you’re curious about fascia or ready to move beyond surface-level stretching.​
