Class Schedule at The Yin Side 

Come slow down, recharge & reconnect to your body and mind. Nothing to bring but yourself with mats and props provided.

​These classes are 90 minutes - $20.00.​

Mats and props are provided for all classes.

If a class is full you can join the wait list via the Fit by Wix App and you will be offered a spot if there is a cancellation.

Special Yin Classes

3 Hour Yin Journey 

An extended grounding 3 hour Yin Yoga practice to let yourself truly slow down to tune in to the body and mind. Finding rest and nourishment from your everyday life in a safe space. Finished with tea and homemade treats. 
3 hour Yin Journey classes are two monthly.   

Next session is 29 June at 3pm.

Weekend Workshops

 MyoYin blends myofascial release techniques using therapy balls, straps and blocks with the slow, meditative stretches of Yin Yoga. This combination targets the connective tissue and fascia, helping to release tension, improve mobility, and enhance overall flexibility. 

These take place once a month.

               May - Fri 9 & Fri 16, 6pm & Sun 18, 3pm                                  

Cancellation Policy

If you are unwell or unable to attend your booked class you cancel and rebook your booking online on the Fit by Wix App.

Please contact me directly to cancel to rebook or refund if you are not using the app.

Any cancellations within 3 hours of the start of 90 mins class will not be refunded. ​

Cancellations within 48 hours of MyoYin classes will not be refunded. 

Cancellations within 3 days of 3 hour classes will not be refunded.
