A slow paced, meditative yoga class consisting of long held shapes. Suitable for all fitness levels and all body types. This class is not suitable for those who are pregnant. All equipment is provided.

Please contact me directly at theyinsidepaihia@gmail.com or 0212582897 to cancel your booking within 12 hours of class start time. **IMPORTANT PLEASE NOTE ** If you cancel within 3 hours of the start of your booked class you will be charged for the class. If you cancel outside of this 3 hour period you will get a full refund or have your booking rescheduled. You can reschedule your booking up to 12 hours before the start of class via the Wix Fit Booking App
