Service Description

An extended grounding 3 hour Yin Yoga practice to let yourself truly slow down to tune in to the body and mind. Finding rest and nourishment from your everyday life in a safe space. There will be homemade chai to enjoy together at the end of the practice.

Please contact me directly at theyinsidepaihia@gmail.com or 0212582897 to cancel or reschedule your booking. **IMPORTANT PLEASE NOTE ** **Regular 90 Mins Classes** If you cancel within 3 hours of the start of your booked class you will be charged for the class. If you cancel outside of this 3 hour period you will get a full refund or have your booking rescheduled. **3 Hour Yin Journey Classes** If you cancel within 24 hours of the start of your booked Yin Journey you will be charged for the class. If you cancel outside of this 24 hour period you will get a full refund or have your booking rescheduled.
